All work and no play makes jack a dull boy!

What’s life without a little bit of play? The best and the most cherished memories of childhood are those when we play, we fall and we laugh.

Play comes across as the most essential way of development because it contributes to the cognitive, physical, social, and emotional well-being of children. Play allows children to use their creativity while developing their imaginative skills encouraging healthy brain development. It also offers an ideal opportunity for parents to engage and interact fully with their children.

It is through play that children, at a very early age, engage and interact in the world around them. Play allows children to create and explore a world they can master, conquering their fears as they go along. It gives them the power to dream and in turn, turn their dreams into reality sooner or later. Play subconsciously allows children to learn how to work in groups, to share, to negotiate, to resolve conflicts, and to learn self-advocacy skills.

Play is learning, giving the children a chance to be spontaneous. They receive the option of a choice and since an early age, they choose their own likes and dislikes. It also enhances the child’s body language and improves their expressing skills.

Not only does it benefit the kids but also the adults. It teaches adults patience and understanding. Adding the fun element to their play, we teach them to be contented and sociable.
